I was informed that I have a few weeks to file formal charges against a man who published my photo and lied about me accusing me of being a nazi or "alt right."
The false accusations resulted in me and many others leaving the G20 in Hamburg and, in fact, some others were physically attacked in the street.
Due to the conflict over a free press and local law I am asking you for advice on how this should be handled. Should I file charges against Antifa, a man who identifies as an "antifa journalist?"
