CNN was able to publish a story about Alex Jones 2 minutes before Twitter announced Jones would be banned. This in turn allowed CNN to, in a sense, profit off of a story in which they are a subject.
Oliver Darcy said that Jones was banned last month due to media pressure. CNN was given advanced information about the incoming ban on Jones after their continued pressure.
Is this collusion? CNN was putting pressure on Twitter by Darcy's own statement and Twitter then gave them advanced knowledge of the ban and they were able to profit from the story.
