What January 6th was really about

On this solemn day, the 5-year anniversary of January 6th, we must never forget the reality of what happened both before and on January 6th. What the sitting president of the United States meant when he said there was “fraud,” was that African Americans were allowed to vote. When he said “I won,” what he meant was only if you count the votes of “real” Americans. When they said this is “our house,” they mean that the American government should be in the hands of white people or those willing to violent against Black people. We must never normalize this.
