I’m in L.A. for a few days and working on tons of new projects coming up … I’m excited for you to see what we’ve been working on.

But we’re here in a home theater where we watched a great Christopher Nolan movie last night…

And I think pulling up the stock charts on this theater screen — instead of my usual laptop — is pretty cool.

Today, I want to talk to you guys about DSG Global Inc. (OTCQB: $DSGT). I traded it twice recently and held it once overnight.

How did I find this stock? The StocksToTrade Breaking News Chat team alerted me to this stock. I’ll show you in the video when the news came out and when I took a position.

But the breakout wasn’t convincing enough for me to buy it another time.

Always remember — just because a stock price breaks to new highs doesn’t necessarily make it a breakout … It could be what I call a “fake-out breakout”

So, how can you tell which of the two can more likely happen? I’ll tell you in this video — so tune in!

I’ll also explain what other reasons a stock could seemingly be breaking out but will ultimately fail, and the lessons to keep in mind from spotting a “fake-out breakout.”
