On Sunday, China hosted the annual meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Although the SCO summit don't attract that much media attention, this years' summit was somewhat of an exception as it was attended by Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi and Vladimir Putin. So, in this video, we're taking a look at what the SCO is and whether this is the beginning of a new anti-American alliance.
