Charlotte Sena, the 9-year-old girl who went missing while riding her bike in upstate New York, was found alive and is now back with her family. Authorities managed to track down and arrest 47-year-old Craig Nelson Ross Jr. after they recovered a ransom note that had been dropped off at the Sena family home.
