as posted by the channel

#JackAntonoff revealed to #WillieGeist in a recent #SundaySitdown that his late sister, Sarah, who passed away at age 13 from brain cancer when Antonoff was 18, shaped most of his #Songwriting throughout his career. "I kind of wrote pretty much about that loss through the lens of different ages, which is a really powerful place to write from." Antonoff also cites his parents focus on his sister's illness as a reason why he was able to focus so much on music in his younger years.
