The move is part of a broader wave of new corporate debt offerings this week, expected to total $35 billion to $40 billion, with Apple and other technology and industrial firms accounting for a significant share. Major financial institutions including Barclays, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan are managing the bond sale.
