In fact if you go to his channel you think this is almost a certain event that we all just sit around and wait to happen. In my opinion Kevin is simply clickbaiting sensational headlines for views with no real understanding of how macro economics actually work. There is no certainty that a housing market crash is coming in 2021. As you will see in this video there’s plenty of evidence that actually points to the contrary. In any case nobody knows what’s gonna happen with the housing market anyways and people who pretend to be prophets are usually wrong. I don’t agree with what he’s doing because I feel like he’s using peoples fears to get clicks. This is why I am offering my unbiased analysis about the probability and the possibility of a housing market crash in 2021 without any sensational headlines or clickbait and I hope you can appreciate it.
This is strictly my opinion, so do your own research and make up your own mind.
