as posted by the channelThe stock market cop strikes again! Lordstown Motors is now being accused of faking pre-orders by Hindenburg Research. After taking down Nikola – another EV SPAC is the big board of Hindenburg research, this time its the EV truck manufacturer Lordstown Motors, ticker RIDE. You should know that 5 months ago I posted a video telling you this would happen and people were calling me a hater. Initially 23% drop but finished with a small recovery only dropping 17% on the day, right away we had a number of law firms announcing investigations into a possible class action lawsuits and so far we still have not received an official response from the company. If its going to be as good as Trevor's responce, its worth the wait… So is the new Hindenburg report is SHIT or LEGIT? How likely this would lead to class action lawsuits? How likely the SEC to investigate this and is there a a chance we will see the DOJ charge anyone with fraud? Let’s find out.
