The founder of Bridgewater Associates Ray Dalio spoke to Yahoo Finance and shared his thoughts on Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. His logic for Bitcoin getting banned according to the interview is that every country treasures its monopoly on controlling the supply and demand of money. They don't want other monies to be operating or competing because things can get out of control and hence he expects more government to try and ban Bitcoin.
