Philippines just to name a few. It was actually ranked 94 out
of 200 countries listed by the International Monetary Fund. In fact, Just 4 years ago, in 2018, the World Bank actually classified Sri Lanka as an “Upper Middle- Income” nation, and the country had a bright future ahead of it. So what happened?
