Safwan was a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector in Jeddah and Omar was an investor and serial entrepreneur in Los Angeles.
They both left their full-time careers to venture into the Saudi world of camels and are now two rising Saudi producers/actors with a very inspiring story to tell.
In a span of a year, they left their day jobs to pursue an opportunity in the Camel breeding business in Saudi with no prior know-how or understanding of that world.
How? Because they fought every rejection and knocked on every closed door until they earned their stripes.
Their biggest drivers were believing in one another, pushing past every perceived limitation, until they not only earned a seat on the table in the Camel trading world, but their story was so inspiring that they starred as THEMSELVES in an 8 episode docu-series, Camel Quest, to share their story with the world. To be aired end of June 2023.
The inspiring story of Omar & Safwan is a beautiful reminder that we can all create our own opportunity, irrespective of who we are and what are background is. In a world of followers and fame and placing people in boxes, Omar and Safwan show us the power behind divergent thinking, while breaking the mold of traditional success.
Every NO takes us one step closer to a YES.
