Obnoxious Woman Arrested for DWI After Crashing Into 3 Other Cars

Around 3:05 AM on August 31, 2025, Officer Marvin DeJesus with the Hoboken Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a Range Rover near 823 Bloomfield Street. As he was arriving on scene, he observed that 3 other parked vehicles had been struck. The front driver side wheel of the Range Rover appeared severely damaged, and the vehicle was disabled. He made contact with the driver of the Range Rover, who was identified as Briahanna.

As he started speaking with Briahanna, he detected the odor of alcohol and observed other indicators of impairment Officer Daniela Simone was called to respond so that they could administer field sobriety exercises. However, Briahanna remained uncooperative and refused to perform any field sobriety exercises.

Based on motor vehicle crash, the odor of alcohol, her indicators of impairment, and her unwillingness to perform field sobriety exercises, Briahanna was placed under arrest for driving under the influence. After she was placed under arrest, the vehicle was impounded for a 12-hour hold according to John’s Law. Officers Kim and Simone transported Briahanna to the Hoboken Police Department for further processing.

At police headquarters, Briahanna was read the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators, but she refused to submit breath samples. After the officers were finished with their paperwork, Briahanna was eventually released pending her court appearance.
