OnlyFans Model Arrested for DWI After Driving Suspiciously

Around 1:24 AM on May 31, 2022, Sergeant Raymond Forsdahl with the Leonia Police Department observed a black 2004 Jeep Liberty being driven in a suspicious manner in the vicinity of Palisade Avenue and Romaine Place. He eventually initiated a traffic stop on Romain Place. As he exited his patrol car, the driver was already outside the vehicle. He made contact with her, and she was later identified as Natalie Aguado.

As he was speaking with Natalie, Sergeant Forsdahl detected the odor of alcohol and observed other indicators of impairment. Natalie told Officer Sherman that she had consumed 2 shots earlier that evening. Based on his suspicion of impairment, Natalie was eventually asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises after Officer Debbie Maldonado arrived on scene to assist.

The first exercise was the One Leg Stand test. During the One Leg Stand test, Natalie failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion and put her foot down before the test was complete. The final exercise was the Walk and Turn test. During the Walk and Turn test, Natalie failed to touch heel-to-toe on each step and took an incorrect number of steps.

Based on the odor of alcohol, her admission to consuming alcohol earlier that evening, and her inability to satisfactorily complete the field sobriety exercises, Natalie was placed under arrest for DWI. Sergeant Forsdahl transported Natalie to the Leonia Police Department for further processing.

At the station, the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators was read to her, and she agreed to submit breath samples. When she was asked about what she did for work, she told Sergeant Forsdahl that she was an OnlyFans model and that people paid money to see her without clothes on. She later waived her Miranda rights and agreed to answer questions. During questioning, she admitted to drinking at an event in Long Island earlier that day. After they finished processing Natalie, she was released to a sober adult pending her court appearance after they signed the Potential Liability Warning on Natalie’s behalf.

Sergeant Forsdahl issued Natalie the following traffic tickets:

-Operating under the influence (39:4-50)

-Reckless driving (39:4-96)

-Improper backing or turning in street (39:4-127)

-Failure to use lighted lamps when required (39:3-47A)

Court records indicate that on August 1, 2022, Natalie was found guilty of operating under the influence. As a result of her conviction, Natalie had to spend 48 hours at an intoxicated driver resource center, use an ignition interlock device for 15 months, and pay a total of $790 in fines. The other 3 citations were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Natalie has previously been arrested in Glen Rock, NJ on April 18, 2011 for allegedly being in possession. She was later arrested again in Ramsey, NJ on July 22, 2011 for allegedly misrepresenting her age. Following this DWI arrest, Natalie was later arrested again by the State Police for a second DWI in Middletown Township, NJ on July 23, 2022.
