TikTok Influencer Arrested for THIRD DWI After Crashing her Car

On February 27, 2026 around 11:51 PM, officers with the Haddon Heights Police Department received a phone call about an erratic driver who was possibly intoxicated in the parking lot of 10 White Horse Pike. Around 12:02 AM the following date, Patrolman Ryan DeJoseph eventually located a grey 2007 Honda Civic matching the caller’s description. The vehicle was being driven erratically on Green Street, a one-way road.

He activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop, but the driver attempted to elude him. After a brief pursuit, the driver eventually crashed in front of 10 White Horse Pike. Following the crash, Patrolman DeJoseph immediately exited his patrol car and made contact with the driver of the Honda Civic, who was identified as 26-year-old Samantha Andrews.

Samantha is the stepdaughter of Art Waterman, the former Police Chief of Medford Township, New Jersey. As he was speaking with Samantha, he noticed that she had vomited on herself and he immediately observed indicators of impairment. Samantha was unable to answer where she was coming from or whether or not she had been drinking. She was briefly evaluated by first responders on scene, but she declined to be transported to the hospital.

Based on his suspicion of impairment, Samantha was then asked to perform field sobriety exercises, but she ultimately refused. Based on the caller’s report, her erratic driving, the odor of alcohol, and her indicators of impairment, she was placed under arrest for DWI. She was handcuffed and placed inside the patrol car. Her vehicle was impounded for a mandatory 12-hour hold under John’s Law.

Samantha was initially transported to nearby Barrington Police Department for further processing. At the station, the Standard Statement for Motor Vehicle Operators was read to her, but she refused to submit breath samples. Samantha was eventually released pending her court appearance.

Samantha was issued the following citations:

1) Operating under the influence (39:4-50)

2) Refusal to submit to chemical test (39:4-50.4A)

3) Reckless driving (39:4-96)

4) Careless driving (39:4-97)

5) Traffic on marked lanes (39:4-88)

6) Disregarding a stop sign (39:4-144)

7) Wrong way on one-way street (39:4-85.1)

8) Failure to observe traffic control device (39:4-81)

9) Failure to give proper signal (39:4-126)

10) Failure to possess driver license (39:3-29A)

11) Failure to possess driver registration (39:3-29B)

12) Failure to possess driver insurance card (39:3-29C)

Court records indicate that on May 11, 2026, Samantha pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to chemical test. As a result of her conviction, Samantha had to use an ignition interlock device for 3 years, spend 48 hours at an intoxicated driver resource center, and pay a total of $640 in fines. The other 11 citations were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

Samantha has previously been arrested for her first DWI in Southampton Township, NJ on February 5, 2022, This was followed by her second DWI arrest in Medford Township, NJ on May 30, 2023.
