as posted by the channelIn this episode of Crime Watch Daily Updates: On February 15, 1991, a victim known only as Valentine Jane Doe was discovered naked, beaten, and strangled in a ravine. She had been sexually assaulted and killed with the strings of her bikini. Her clothes were scattered around her body.
She remained Valentine Jane Doe until a major break came in the case in June 2020. Thanks to advancements in DNA technology, investigators identified her as 18-year-old Wanda Deann Kirkum of Hornell, New York. They also named her killer: Robert Lynn Bradley. He was killed in April 1992 in Texas.
