The discovery came after a multi-day search for the missing girl. Soto's mother's boyfriend, Stephan Sterns, has been arrested and is being held without bail on sex crimes charges. Authorities have not released further details about the evidence that led to Sterns' arrest or specified what additional charges may be filed as the investigation progresses.
