NOTE: Woah… a video about The Gamer From Mars. What an exciting time. This video will be the last one about another YouTuber or creator in general for a while, I have videos and a collab planned which don’t involve criticizing larger channels and frankly I think making videos about more general topics is better anyway, it increases quality and longevity in terms of how long from now will people still find it entertaining. I had a pretty fun time with this one though, I hope you guys enjoyed watching it. No hard feelings towards TGFM (Art) as a person, as I said in the video, I just don’t like his videos. He churns out the most aggressively mediocre content on a weekly basis, and people just eat it up and seem to really like his videos. He’s annoying, bland, intellectually dishonest, and boring as hell. The Gamer from Mars is a YouTuber with 500,000 subscribers, run by a DASHINGLY HANDSOME young man named Art who talks about internet culture, trends, mysteries, and more. He has been steadily releasing content for almost 8 years at this point, starting out by making videos where he reviewed games and talked about gaming creepypasta’s, to top 10 lists about Internet MEMES AND TRENDS, to now having settled on a few main series, One called “What happened” and the other known as “Internet Mysteries.”

I’ve been watching his content for a very long time, and I can easily remember being 8 years old and browsing YouTube for the first time on my family computer, watching every new video he would release and thoroughly enjoying it. Videos like his lavender town theory video and his Polybius theory video both filled me with a strange sense of intrigue and fear, which I hadn’t really experiences before apart from watching shows like Courage the Cowardly Dog. But over the years I have been watching this channel, i have slowly grown to hate it. Before I dive into the arguments, let me get a few basic things out of the way. I DO NOT hate the creator of this channel, in fact from his podcasts he seems like a perfectly nice guy, but his content is amazing. Oh wait, no, I meant it’s ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL TO WATCH ON EVERY POSSIBLE LEVEL.

CHANNEL UPDATE/NOTE: Channel has had a small explosion in popularity due to the Mr. Enter video, at this point I highly doubt I can reach my goal of 2,000 subscribers by the end of the year but it is possible. I’ll just have to have a few videos that do really well, which depending on how my collaboration video w/ a larger youtuber goes that goal could become a reality, and potentially EXPLODE my channel into stardom, or my channel could stay in the loser state it’s in now.
