EU countries are increasingly at odds over whether visas should be granted to Russian citizens. In the wake of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland agreeing to stop issuing Schengen Zone Visas to Russian Citizens last week, we consider the arguments for and against this stance. Should Russians be held responsible for the murderous actions of their country's regime, and should they stay and fight against Vladimir Putin and the war? Or does this move simply play into the hands of Russian propagandists, and deny persecuted Russians the chance to escape and build a new life?
