France, Netherlands, the Baltic countries and now the USA are actively in favor of establishing of a separate judiciary for these crimes, in order to resolve the issue of immunity for Russian highranking officials including the head of state, and could allow for Vladimir Putin, Sergei Shoigu, Sergei Lavrov,and others, to be brought to justice. Moscow is, of course, outraged about this. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen confirms that Europe supports the idea of a specialized tribunal. This trial is proposed to be created with the support of the UN, and it will investigate the socalled "criminal aggression." This legal term crime of aggression in English was used, in particular, in relation to highranking politicians of Nazi Germany.
