as posted by the channelYork University in Canada was host to an event where former IDF soldiers would talk about their experiences servicing in the Israeli military. Some people who oppose the IDF and Israel protested the event outside, and some violence apparently occurred. The police interviewed to end the violence
Amnesty international, who want to make it VERY clear they believe free speech is a universal right, nevertheless demand the university create an independent commission to determine how it was these IDF soldiers were allowed the opportunity to speak on campus. Amnesty International is also upset the police intervened, and are further upset the police are not intervening more.
