20:36Now Playing#4thamendment #TrafficStop #82Poundsof Pot
Juan Salcedo was pulled over for going 10 miles an hour below the speed limit in the left most lane of traffic. Frustrating! However, the cop didn't see to actually care about the traffic violation at all, as they did nothing to create a ticket. Instead, the cop asked questions relating to weapons of mass destruction (what kind of a question is this?) and eventually found some evidence of drugs. Namely, 82 pounds of marijuana in the trunk.
Today, the Supreme Court of Iowa is asked whether this evidence can be used against Juan, or whether the evidence should be suppressed.
