Christopher Lee-Murray Bay is black. At night, he drove to Walmart. The police found him driving suspicious (?) and followed him. At Walmart, the police observed him as he bought space heaters, paid, and left. Somehow, the police found this behavior suspicious and tried to arrest him for ... IDK.
