YouTube Description
as posted by the channel#jury #acquit #CorrineBrown
Congresswoman Corrine Brown was convicted of running a fraudulent charity. Before she was convicted however, a juror was replaced after deliberations had already begun, because of concern the juror was not unbiased. During questioning of the juror, the court discovered that the juror was voting not guilty because the holy spirt was telling her to do so.
Well, ok then .....
The court removed the juror, replaced them with an alternate, and instructed the juror to start its deliberations over. After doing so, the jury returned a guilty verdict on some, but not all charges.
In today's case, we discuss this remarkable turn of events, and discuss whether Brown's corruption conviction for fraud was lawful.
