At an all female prison for minors, there was a male prison guard. This male prison guard allegedly did things ranging from creepy to disturbing. This behavior included the guard relating his sexual dreams and watching her shower.
In today's legal analysis, we discuss what seems like an inevitable result from having adult males working in all all female under-18 prison. We discuss whether qualified immunity applies to this apparently leering prison guard under 42 USC 1983.
I also briefly discuss the upcoming fight over the Equal Rights Amendment.
