as posted by the channelAmyiah Cohoon is a 16 year old high school student who recently visited Disney World as part of a class trip, during which she caught COVID-19. She posted on instagram to warn her friends.
Enter Patrol Sergeant Cameron Klump from the Marquette County Sheriff's Department, who under orders from Sheriff Joseph Konrath demanded Amiyah delete her instagram post under threat of arrest. Apparently this this was initiated by school administrator Bob Meicher, who was convinced that this was all a hoax to get attention.
The doctors who diagnosed Amyiah think it is not a hoax. But Mr. Meicher apparently knows better.
In today's legal analysis, I join the rest of youtube law that has also covered this story, and like everyone else, condemn it as not complying with the first amendment. I also will post about this on Instagram, just because I can.
