A Muslim foreign exchange student turned converted to Christianity. He was tricked by his family into returning to Saudi Arabia. Somehow, he made it back to the USA, and successfully got asylum. Luckest. Guy. Ever.

As part of this journey, he got some bad advice from his academic advisor. He now wants to sue on the basis of this bad advice. So let's discuss whether you can sue you academic professor for not fully understanding immigration law or not.
