303 Creative filed suit against Colorado’s Anti-Discrimination Act preempting the question that if same-sex couples asked her to create a wedding website for them, would she be compelled to do so? It seemed like it was Freedom of Speech vs Civil Rights. Turns out that a website is indeed pure speech and thus supersedes any civil rights concerns.
