The Florida woman accused of suffocating her boyfriend is headed back to court on Thursday for a motions hearing. Sarah Boone allegedly zipped Jorge Torres Jr. into a suitcase and left him to die after a night of drinking at her home in 2020. Boone, who at one point was forced to represent herself, has now hired a new defense attorney—her ninth, after cycling through eight previous lawyers.
