59:03Now PlayingIn Fratelli Tutti, Pope Francis invites those who accompany the poor to be “sowers of change” who “work, promote, propose, promote and liberate” in order to make possible true integral human development. Those who struggle daily for dignity must be front and center in efforts to build models of justice and work for systemic change at the local, national and international level (no. 169). In this plenary conversation, three “sowers of change” discussed their work to accompany communities as they seek dignity, solidarity, and justice. These panelists represented three important ministries of the Church which have worked to address the disparities revealed by COVID-19 long before the pandemic began, and who have responded with creativity and resilience.
