4:51Now PlayingThere is not a single person I work with who has not complained of procrastination. It is one of the most natural human impulses when we encounter the world today, sitting as it does perpetually between fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest.
The main message I want to get across in this video is that your procrastination does not make you a bad person. It is not due to a lack of willpower or something innately undisciplined about your mind. It is the natural tendency to avoid discomfort, applied to the modern day. Once we know this, it becomes much easier to see solutions to it.
I hope you found the video helpful and stick around for thinking to improve your life.
