Passengers on public trains in New York, Chicago, London, Berlin, Warsaw and Amsterdam took part in the event on Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019. The No Pants Subway Ride began in New York in 2002 with seven participants and has expanded to a global event. The day is organized by Improv Everywhere, who refer to it as "an international celebration of silliness."
