Tuesday's "Leadership Matters" theme will feature small-business owners, front-line health care workers, racial justice leaders, veterans, activists and others who Joe Biden's campaign says are "looking for leadership" out of the White House. The Tuesday lineup also includes speeches from former President Bill Clinton, Biden's wife Jill Biden and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, will accept the party’s nomination Thursday in Delaware.
