New surveillance footage shows the Transportation Security Administration officers at Miami International Airport who were charged with felonies for allegedly stealing from passengers.
20-year-old Josue Gonzalez, 22-year-old Elizabeth Fuster and 33-year-old Labarrius Williams were arrested on July 6 and charged with organized schemes to defraud. Gonzalez and Williams were also charged with grand theft to the third degree, while Fuster's charges were dropped.
Court records show that Gonzalez has been accepted into a deferred prosecution program and charges against him will be dropped if he meets the conditions of the program.
