1:40:10Now PlayingTurning Point USA, the conservative youth organization founded by Charlie Kirk, is hosting an event Wednesday night at the University of Mississippi featuring Vice President J.D. Vance and Kirk’s widow Erika Kirk. Doors open at 3 p.m. and the event is set to begin at 5 p.m. in the Sandy and John Black Pavilion.
The event comes just weeks after Charlie Kirk was fatally shot during a campus appearance in Utah — an incident that has reignited national debate over free speech, campus safety and political violence. Wednesday’s stop at Ole Miss is part of Turning Point USA’s “This Is the Turning Point” tour and among the first major events the group has held since Kirk’s death. Organizers expect a large turnout.
