Day 6 of the Lindsay Clancy murder trial continues on Tuesday, Aug. 4, at Plymouth Superior Court as prosecutors continue their case against the 35-year-old Duxbury mother they say deliberately strangled her three children to death in January 2023.
Assistant District Attorneys Jennifer Sprague and Shanan Buckingham say the strangulation deaths of 5-year-old Cora, 3-year-old Dawson, and 8-month-old Callan were premeditated. Lindsay Clancy's attorney, Kevin Reddington, says she is not criminally responsible because overmedication of postpartum anxiety and depression led to psychosis.
Prosecution is expected to continue to present its case today, so far Reddington has only cross examined select witnesses.
