D.C. U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, a former county court judge in Westchester, New York, and former Fox News host, asked a judge to dismiss a felony criminal charge that she had personally announced with great fanfare against former Olympian David Hearn.
President Donald Trump, meanwhile, said Pirro "folded like an umbrella" and he was "really disappointed" that she was dropping the charges.
"Frankly, I think she choked," he said.
