7:35Now PlayingDefense attorney Kevin Reddington, who is representing Lindsay Clancy in her murder trial, spoke with reporters outside Plymouth Superior Court on Sept. 3 after the judge dismissed jurors for the day without reaching a verdict. Reddington requested Sullivan remove a juror as the jury has twice told the judge they are deadlocked.
Sullivan said the discharge of a juror is a sensitive undertaking. He said he responded to the specific question that was asked. "I don't think it's appropriate for me to say I agree with one juror or the 11," Sullivan said. He denied Reddington's motion.
