YouTube Description
as posted by the channelThe Utah Legislature says it wants to appeal Judge Dianna Gibson's redistricting ruling. But Senator Todd Weiler's podcast comments tell a very different story.
In court on Monday, plaintiffs' attorneys revealed that Weiler recently suggested on his podcast that the legislature could use a "permanent injunction" as justification to pass ANOTHER congressional map for 2026—potentially starting this whole circus over again.
Sound familiar? It should.
This is the same Todd Weiler who admitted on tape (to a group of students) that denying my press credential was about showing "who's the boss." That recording is now evidence in my federal lawsuit against the legislature.
