The signature math is brutal:
Only 33% of 140,748 required signatures collected
Need 3,200+ verified signatures PER DAY from now until deadline
Currently averaging just 1,946/day
Best day ever: 3,876 signatures (back in December)
Best 5-day average: 2,858/day
Recent momentum: DOWN 34% from peak
Even if they matched their BEST performance for a month straight, they'd still fall 8,300 signatures short.
And they haven't qualified in a SINGLE Senate district (need 26 of 29 to make the ballot).
Compare to 2025's successful HB267 referendum: 11,000 signatures/day, nearly DOUBLE the requirement in just 23 days.
