Nearly Half of Americans Believe Corporate DEI Programs Discriminate Against White Men

A recent Rasmussen Report poll reveals that 48% of Americans believe corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs discriminate against white men, with 26% asserting it is very likely. Conversely, 38% do not believe DEI discriminates, while 18% say it's not at all likely and 13% are unsure. Additionally, 38% think DEI policies worsen corporations, whereas 29% believe they improve them. Among those very familiar with DEI, 54% say such policies make companies worse, and 60% believe DEI is likely being used to discriminate against white males. Political affiliation significantly influences these perceptions, with 51% of Democrats believing DEI makes companies better.
