as posted by the channel

The American dream of buying a modest, affordable home is becoming increasingly difficult to attain. In 1976, nearly 40% of newly built homes were under 1,400 sq. ft., providing a starting point for many first-time buyers. Fast-forward to today, and only 10% of new homes are that size. This shift reflects a growing gap in the housing market, where affordability is being sacrificed for larger homes that are out of reach for many buyers, particularly those just starting their careers.
