as posted by the channel

A Japan Airlines plane taxiing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport collided with the tail of a parked Delta Air Lines jet on Wednesday morning, startling passengers but causing no reported injuries. The incident occurred at 10:17 a.m. between S Concourse and the airport’s south maintenance hangars, with images showing the Japan Airlines wing slicing into the Delta aircraft’s tail. The Delta flight, bound for Puerto Vallarta, carried 142 passengers, who were safely deplaned and rebooked. Seattle Airport officials confirmed minimal impact on operations while both airlines are investigating the cause of the collision. The collision comes as the country is reeling from a week of devastating aviation crashes, like the American Airlines and U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter crash January 29, killing all 67 people involved - marking the deadliest air disaster in the country since 2001.
