YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

When Andrew and Tristan Tate arrived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on February 27, 2025, after a Romanian court lifted their travel ban amid serious criminal charges, including human trafficking and rape. Governor Ron DeSantis said they were “not welcome” in the state, and Florida authorities had no role in their arrival. Shortly after, Attorney General James Uthmeier launched a criminal investigation, directing law enforcement to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas.

Florida has not filed and then dropped charges against Andrew Tate. The case in Florida is an ongoing investigation, and there hasn’t been an announcement that the state has dropped anything because formal charges were never publicly filed in the first place.
