YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA very important clarification: the impressive cooking skills are remotely controlled by HUMANs. ALOHA is NOT independently autonomous. Think of ALOHA as a well-made sports car hardware. The superb racing skill is displayed by a human behind the wheel, not a self-driving AI.
There's a bit of imitation learning in the paper, but it is nowhere close to generalization to arbitrary kitchens, objects, cooking recipes, or language commands. We are still far, far away from having a fully autonomous robot chef or maid.
