Frank also gives us a little history lesson in Brooklyn pizzerias and explains how back in the day, using top-shelf ingredients was the norm, but over the years, frugal-minded pizzaiolos started skimping on the good stuff. Frank does things the old way, and that's why his slices are the shit.
