In the first Japanese episode of Vice's alternative approach to food television we hang out with the crew from Hatos Bar in Tokyo's Naka-Meguro area. These guys cook American style pit barbecue at its best. Owners Sou Ieki and Dubrai take us to their favorite restaurant and bar and get suitably wasted before cooking up some barbecue back at Hatos.
