In our second episode of our DIY: Chinese Inventors series, we took a trip out to Jilin, China to visit our friend Sun Jifa. Jifa lost his hands in a fishing-related explosion nearly a decade ago, and since then he has invented prosthetic arms for himself, as well as others who like him, can't afford the prosthetic hands recommended by the hospital. So far he has made more than 800 bionic hands.
