Terrin didn't want to repeat the past and pass along his struggles to his children. That's when he asked God to change him. He also asked others for help. He told his wife about his challenges and asked her to hold him accountable. He asked others, too.

Terrin learned how porn sneaks up on unsuspecting people. How it distracts us from what's really important. He had wired his brain to use porn as a release, but later he rewired his brain to say "no" to porn.
